How long should I stay in?
Start with short dips of 30 seconds and build gradually. If you begin to shiver or feel uncomfortable, get out and warm up slowly. The water temperature is always displayed on the control panel.
Do I need to add ice?
Never. The integrated chiller holds any temperature down to 3 °C year-round, with an antifreeze function for winter.
Who is cold plunging for?
Most healthy adults, with a gradual approach. Pregnant women and anyone with heart conditions, blood-pressure issues or other medical concerns should consult a doctor first. Children must be supervised; keep the cover on when not in use.
What maintenance is involved?
Very little — ozone purification plus a filter that swaps in seconds via the easy-access hatch. Drain with a standard garden hose. Rinse the cover monthly.
